Hello, I am Kim In Su, Chairperson for the first half of the 10th term.

I offer my sincere and deep gratitude
for electing me to the weighty post of Chairperson
for the first half of the 10th Gyeongsan City Council.

Taking on the chairperson’s duties
at this meaningful moment when the 10th Gyeongsan City Council
makes its new start,
I feel a profound sense of responsibility and mission.

I believe the chairperson’s role is
to bring together the will of my fellow council members
and to faithfully carry the voices of Gyeongsan’s citizens
into our legislative work.

I will respect
the diverse opinions of my fellow council members,
and on a foundation of communication and cooperation,
do my utmost so that the Gyeongsan City Council
can become a council
trusted by its citizens.

We will also look closely into the livelihood issues
directly tied to citizens’ lives,
and fulfill the council’s essential role and responsibility
so that policies and budgets for regional development
are advanced properly.

Dear citizens of Gyeongsan!
For the happiness of Gyeongsan’s 280,000 citizens and the greater development of our city,
we will devote all our capabilities.
